SMM: Deal with Hatred
When you’re into Social Media Marketing, you will have relationships with many kinds of people. Some might be nice and supportive, but other like to act negative.
These people are always negative. Post negative comments on your facebook wall or reply your tweet with negative response. We must remember that criticism isn’t our enemy. This is our tools to make our SMM better.
If someone posts something negative we always need to reply. Let’s see it this way: they care enough to reach us, so let’s see them as a friend who cares. First of all, thank them. And response with a good tone. Let your other friend see that you are there for a good cause.
