About how often you tweet per se. You must be really responsible with this matter. Too few tweet, people will think your brand is not alive. Too much tweet, people will unfollow you because your tweets fill up their timeline and push their friends tweet away.

Follow everyone who follows you. This way you’ll know what’s happening with the community and can response cleverly. Let them know that your brand are their good friend.
